For instance, it has integration for Facebook Messenger (so you can manage those chats right from the CRM) and you can embed a live chat widget on your own website that feeds into the CRM. It also supports creating forms and surveys that you can share with your audience, and those responses will flow into the system. Now, note that OnlyFans itself is a pretty closed platform (they don’t offer an official public API), so the CRM can’t log directly into OnlyFans for actions – however, we cover everything around it. Think of it this way: the CRM consolidates all your external comms, marketing, and operations so you have a complete picture of your business. Plus, we do offer API access for advanced users and we’re continually adding more integrations based on feedback.
